DoD Guam Project (with Caddell Construction)
Versatile Consulting partnered with Caddell Construction to support the Marine Corps base expansion in Guam. The project required a highly specialized approach to address the island’s extreme rainfall and the complexities of working in a remote location.
Our team designed an engineered roof drainage system specifically to withstand Guam’s challenging climate, helping to safeguard new facilities from water intrusion and environmental risks. We also managed the logistics and mobilization of a substantial volume of critical materials and equipment to the remote site.
By successfully executing both the technical design and large-scale logistics, we demonstrated our ability to perform on complex, high-stakes projects in challenging and remote environments.
CalTrans On-Call Services
Under an on-call services contract with CalTrans, Versatile Consulting provided a wide range of essential repair and maintenance solutions. Our scope of work required flexibility and responsiveness to meet urgent infrastructure needs across multiple project sites.
We delivered a variety of small- to medium-scale services, including carpentry, demolition, anti-graffiti painting, and general repairs. Our team’s adaptability and resourcefulness ensured we consistently met CalTrans’ operational demands with high-quality work.
Our successful performance on this contract highlights our ability to serve as a reliable, value-added partner to public sector clients requiring dependable and multifaceted support.
LAWA ERRCS
The LAWA ERRCS project is a task order for an Emergency Responder Radio Coverage System (ERRCS), a specialized public safety radio system. Its core purpose is to ensure that first responders—such as police, fire, and EMS personnel—can maintain reliable two-way radio communication inside large buildings at LAWA facilities, especially in areas where signals are typically weak.
As a key partner on this project, Versatile is providing essential painting and patching services. Our work ensures that all areas affected by the physical installation of the ERRCS are fully restored and completed to the project’s high standards, contributing to a professional and finished result.
Metro G Line
The Metro G Line is the focus of two major projects aimed at significantly improving transit in the San Fernando Valley.
The G Line Improvements Project is upgrading the existing bus rapid transit line to increase speed and safety. Key work includes building new bridges at major intersections and a new aerial station.
The East San Fernando Valley Transit Corridor is a separate, new 6.7-mile light rail line that will run along Van Nuys Boulevard. This new rail line will connect directly with the G Line’s Van Nuys station, creating a major transit hub that improves mobility and connectivity throughout the region.
As a key partner in this large-scale initiative, Versatile is providing a wide range of essential finishing and maintenance services. Our team is responsible for all painting, anti-graffiti applications, and elevator film installation, ensuring a high-quality finish and long-term durability for these vital public transit projects.
